Help Those Exiting Homelessness

BVWNA Received the following message from DRC Solutions, a local non-profit providing essential, evidence-based solutions that house people experiencing homelessness via the Housing First approach.

Many in Bentley Village-Waterchase are concerned about the increase in the amount of homeless people in our area, and have asked about ways to help alleviate this serious problem. Here is one way to support those who are able to transition out of homelessness. Thank you.

We are in urgent need of supplies for our clients who have exited homelessness into permanent supportive housing. If you or your group can share any of the following, we would be so very thankful:

• Laundry pods (not liquid or powder, just pods please for ease of distribution, any brand OK)

• Toilet paper (any brand OK)

• Cleaning liquid (i.e. Fabuloso or Mr. Clean, large bottles for redistribution best, any brand OK)

• 13 gallon trash bags (any brand OK)

• Dishwashing liquid (large bottles for redistribution best, any brand OK)
