New Membership Year! Join Today!

Our neighborhood association is a voluntary organization that is supported by less than half of the residents in our neighborhood. By paying an annual dues amount of $100 you support Bentley Village - Waterchase Neighborhood association! That's less than 10 dollars a month!

The Bentley Village - Waterchase Neighborhood Association is important because:

  • It represents all residents in the neighborhood and operates through an open, democratic process to improve or maintain the overall quality of life for all individuals within our neighborhood boundaries. The membership is open to all the residents in the neighborhood but participation is optional.

  • The City of Fort Worth engages with communities through established and recognized homeowner and neighborhood associations. BVWNA has been a recognized voluntary neighborhood association since 1982.

  • BVWNA is a member of the East Fort Worth Neighborhood Alliance where we work with neighboring associations to advocate for East Fort Worth. By joining with other neighborhood associations, we have been able to voice our opinion on topics such as a potential nearby concrete crushing plant, the transportation of nuclear waste on local rails, the proliferation of short-term rentals, development of land adjacent to our neighborhood, clear-cutting of trees, and crime and safety issues.

  • BVWNA works to maintain the look and appeal of the external grounds of our neighborhood - the properties along the brick wall on John T White, the John T White median between Sylvan and Newport, and two brick monument signs on John T White and Racquet Club Drive.

  • BVWNA schedules events and activities to bring neighbors together and create a sense of community. Fun events sponsored by BVWNA have been very successful -- like the Kona Shaved Ice Event, Taco Tuesday Block Party, Sugar Rush Shaved Ice Event, Taco Heads Food Truck, and many dutch-treat dinners!

  • It works to bring important news specific to our neighborhood and the community in this area. Your dues help to support our website and email service.

The New Membership Year begins October 1st! Now is a great time to join or renew your membership dues.
