2025 District 5 City Council Candidate Forum

Our current City Council Representative for District 5 and Mayor Pro Tem, Ms. Gyna Bivens has decided not to run for another term. Ms. Bivens has served District 5 since 2013 and has seen our communities through many changes and developments. Thank You Gyna for your service to District 5!

General Elections for Fort Worth City Council members will be held Saturday May 3, 2025.

Now is the time to hear from the candidates who have stepped up to represent District 5. The John T White Neighborhood Association, with the support of other District 5 neighborhood associations, has scheduled the District 5 Candidates Forum to be held March 8th at 11:00am at The Potters House, 1270 Woodhaven Blvd. This event is open to all residents of District 5 who would like to hear from these candidates.
