2025 BVWNA Annual General Meeting & Dinner

All Residents of Bentley Village-Waterchase Estates are invited to attend BVWNA's Annual General Meeting & Dinner. This annual event provides an opportunity for neighbors to socialize, meet City District 5 community leaders, and enjoy a good meal. This is also an opportunity to hear from the BVWNA Board and to provide your input on plans for the upcoming year.

The evening will begin at 5:30 pm with the Putting Contest! All You have to do is be there. The Texas 9 will provide putters and balls. Whether you are PGA- ready or just wonder what a putter in your hands would feel like, you'll have a bit of fun before dinner. And yes, there is a prize for the winner.

Community representatives have been invited to give residents a quick update on what's happening in our city. Residents can ask questions and provide input from a Bentley Village-Waterchase Estates perspective.

We will keep the "business" part short and share the latest updates about BVWNA with you. We are looking for new Board Members to serve in At-Large and Communications positions! There will be some Door Prizes! And Of course, a wonder full meal to share with neighbors.....

Current BVWNA Members' dinner is paid for from dues paid for the 2025-2026 Membership year.

Need to Renew?    Click HERE to join or renew online your BVWNA membership. Or you can mail a check payable to BVWNA, Post Office Box 122294, Arlington TX 76012-8294. It's only $100 per year per household ~ that's less than $10 per month!

If you are not a current member, you can pay your dues at the door

and your dinner will be covered. (The new membership year begins October 1, 2025.) -OR-

Dinner is $15.00 per person for non-members over 12 years old.

​Not a Member? Come and Join the Gathering of Neighbors! If you're not a member, this meeting is your chance to see what we're all about, enjoy a good time, and join for 2025-2026! We'd really love to have you there. Ready to serve your neighbors?  WE NEED YOU TO SERVE ON THE BOARD! It is good to have a rotation of neighbors serving on the BVWNA board or serving as a committee chair. We need interested people who want to keep our neighborhood peaceful, beautiful, and safe. The great part is that all the current board members have agreed to remain active in supporting BVWNA and new board members.  Email info@bvwna.org to toss your name in for the vote or to volunteer in another capacity before the General Meeting on October 18th!
