May 2020 Yard of the Month

Congratulations Roxanne and Cat Conrad at 817 Newport Road. They have been selected as the Yard of Month winners for May. The front lawn has been beautifully landscaped to showcase the home and a free library was established for the neighborhood.

Yard of the Month will be selected during the first week of each month.

To be eligible you must have paid your Neighborhood Association dues for the year.

Each address can only win ONCE in a calendar year.

A Calloway’s/Cornelius Yard of the Month sign will be placed in the winners yard.

A photograph will be submitted to Calloway’s with the winners information and Calloway’s will email a $25 certificate to the winner. (Remember, wait for the $25 certificate to arrive in your email)

A photograph will also be published in the HOA Newsletter congratulating the winner.
