ACC UPDATE: Waterchase Estates Deed Restrictions

There's been some neighborhood discussions about the applicability of deed restrictions for new construction, additions, and renovations. It's been a healthy and productive process, and we now have newly added deed restriction covenant documents for Waterchase Estates, as well as the ones we already provided for Bentley Village Phase I and II.

Please take a look at the requirements, and make sure that your current or future plans take these covenants into consideration. We're still working on the process, but for now if you have questions, email the ACCs via the ACC web page.
