Congratulations to Mike & Connie Sawatzky at 837 Woodridge Drive for being selected as BVWNA's September Yard of the Month.
Mike and Connie Sawatzky have one of the most amazing yards at 837 Woodridge Drive and they have been chosen as yard of the month for September. They are always putting in the work to keep everything manicured and beautiful. We truly appreciate the efforts of our long time Bentley Village residents and how they add such beauty to our neighborhood!
Yard of the Month will be selected during the first week of each month.
To be eligible you must have paid your Neighborhood Association dues for the year.
Each address can only win ONCE in a calendar year.
A Calloway’s/Cornelius Yard of the Month sign will be placed in the winners yard.
A photograph will be submitted to Calloway’s with the winners information and Calloway’s will email a $25 certificate to the winner. (Remember, wait for the $25 certificate to arrive in your email)
A photograph will also be published in the HOA Newsletter congratulating the winner.
