October 2020 Yard of the Month
Congratulations to Jim and Patti Maness at 832 Tennis View Court (front) and 837 Hunters Glen Court (back) on being selected for the October Yard of the Month. Not only do they keep their large yard beautifully landscaped but they have been a tremendous help for many years with the neighborhood median.
Yard of the Month will be selected during the first week of each month.
To be eligible you must have paid your Neighborhood Association dues for the year.
Each address can only win ONCE in a calendar year.
A Calloway’s/Cornelius Yard of the Month sign will be placed in the winners yard.
A photograph will be submitted to Calloway’s with the winners information and Calloway’s will email a $25 certificate to the winner. (Remember, wait for the $25 certificate to arrive in your email)
A photograph will also be published in the HOA Newsletter congratulating the winner.
