Garden Get-Together

“Garden Get-Together" will be held Saturday, May 14th at 9:00am at 832 Tennis View Court.

The inaugural "Garden Get-Together" has been scheduled for Saturday, May 14 from 9:00 am-10:00 am. Patti and Jim Maness will host the event in their garden at 832 Tennis View Court. The session will be a “meet and greet” and general discussion about people’s gardening interests.

There will be door prizes. The Garden Get-Together is open all all Bentley Village-Waterchase neighbors! Please bring your folding chair!

The Garden Get-Together Committee includes our neighbors: Mary Palomares (formerly of the Herb Society), Ann Williams (Master Gardener), Patti Maness (Master Gardener), and Ann Salyer-Caldwell (Interested Gardner)

This committee plans to host a "Garden Get-Together" in the spring and fall of each year to discuss gardening topics, such as: .

Challenge! The importance of pollinator plants in our gardens for bees and other insects
Garden tours/field trips
Plant swap in the fall to encourage use of perennials
Healthy soil
Plant propagation
Garden crafts
and other topics of interest to our neighbors.
