December 2021 Yard of the Month

Congratulations to Roman & Mary Palomares at 8904 Hunters Glen Trail being selected as BVWNA's December Yard of the Month.

Roman & Mary Palomares always have a well-maintained yard, and their home reflects the festive season!

They are good neighbors who volunteer time and effort on the maintenance of the area along John T White. We truly appreciate the efforts of all Bentley Village residents and the effort made to keep our neighborhood the best!

Yard of the Month will be selected during the first week of each month.

To be eligible you must have paid your Neighborhood Association dues for the year.

Each address can only win ONCE in a calendar year.

A Calloway’s/Cornelius Yard of the Month sign will be placed in the winners yard.

A photograph will be submitted to Calloway’s with the winners information and Calloway’s will email a $25 certificate to the winner. (Remember, wait for the $25 certificate to arrive in your email)

A photograph will also be published in the HOA Newsletter congratulating the winner.
